Fee Schedule

Weekly Sessions (60 minutes)

$200 per hour
A superbill can be provided if you wish to request reimbursement through an insurance plan. A superbill requires a diagnosis to be provided.

I currently accept some Regence, Premera, Aetna, Cigna, and United insurance plans.

Forms must be completed at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time, or your appointment will be rescheduled. This ensures I will have enough time to review your documentation thoroughly and can be prepared and present during your session.

Intensives:

$250 per hour -  Monday-Thursday

$325 per hour - Friday-Sunday

Intensives are not covered by insurance as they are considered a premium service. A superbill will not be provided. Cost will be communicated ahead of time in accordance with the No Surprises Act.

Intensives are generally scheduled in 4-hour blocks, but length may be adjusted based on your specific needs, goals, and availability. Some may need a two hour block, some might wish to schedule several sessions to work on multiple issues.

Note: I charge a 50% deposit for intensives because they require me to set aside a significant amount of time in my schedule. Payment of the deposit secures your session time and date. Deposits are not refundable, but are transferrable to another date if you need to reschedule.

SAF-T TRAINING

$199 per person, paid directly to the Rosenzweig Center for Rapid Recovery.

A minimum of 12 participants is required to schedule your training, and it will need to be scheduled at least 4 weeks in advance to allow for materials to be shipped. If you do not have a conference space, I have one that is available for rent for $250 per day and can accommodate up to 30 participants.

If you wish to attend a SAF-T Training, but do not have a group, I do maintain a waitlist of individuals. Once I have enough interest, I will contact each party to determine a date and time that will work for as many as possible to schedule. I anticipate this will be 2-3 times per year, but may vary.
